They manage communication channels, enforce community guidelines, and provide essential support to users. Staff members are also responsible for organizing events and maintaining the day-to-day operations that keep the community engaged and active.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee discussions on SOLMAP’s Discord, GitBook, and other platforms to ensure productive and guideline-compliant conversations.

  • Plan and coordinate community events, such as AMAs, workshops, and contests.

  • Provide support to community members who have questions or need assistance with SOLMAP-related issues.
